  • ricotta cheese (200g)
  • beetroot (1 piece of medium size)
  • sunflower oil (1 tbsp)
  • soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • salt (pinch)
  • black pepper (pinch)
  • basil fresh (10g)

It is better to prepare for this salad in advance. It is better to pre-bake in the oven not one, but even 2-3 beets.
Follow these steps:

  1. Wash beets, do not clean them.
  2. Dry it with a paper towel.
  3. Wrap it in foil.
  4. Cook in the oven for exactly 1 hour at 180° temperature, then cool it
  5. Cut beets with even rings. Put on a plate with ricotta cheese, add sunflower oil, soy sauce and sprinkle with spices and herbs.

II. Caprese with avocado and greens

  • beetroot (1pc)
  • avocado (1pc)
  • grapeseed oil (or olive oil)
  • rice vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • salt (pinch)
  • pepper (pinch)

III. Salad – double detox with red cabbage

  • beetroot (1pc)
  • red cabbage (300gr)
  • carrot raw (2pcs)
  • cilantro (30 g)
  • grapeseed oil (2 tbsp)
  • pepper (pinch)
  • rice vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • soy sauce (2 tsp)

All vegetables can be used in the raw version.

  1. Grate three carrots, beets, cabbage on a grater.
  2. Finely chop the cilantro. For those who do not like coriander – replace it with parsley.
  3. Cook the sauce: combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Before serving, place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it soaks with sauces filled with fresh fragrances and chopped greens.

Salad “Hemoglobin” with prunes

  • beetroot (1pc)
  • prunes (70 g)
  • chard (100 g)
  • pine nuts (30 g)
  • rice vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • flaxseed oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt (optional)
  • black pepper (pinch)


  1. Beetroot is prepared as in the recipes described above.
  2. Cut the beets into cubes, chop the chard and dry it with a paper towel.
  3. Prepare the sauce: mix rice vinegar, linseed oil, spices.
  4. Pine nuts are cooked on a dry skillet without oil for 4 minutes.
